Privacy Policy

感謝您使用我們的應用程式（以下簡稱「本軟體」）。我們非常重視您的隱私權，您的隱私安全是我們的首要考量。

Thank you for using our application ("the App"). We take your privacy very seriously, and your privacy security is our top priority.

1. 數據收集與儲存 (Data Collection & Storage)

對於標準版與專業版用戶，本軟體為純本地端之工具應用程式。我們不會收集、儲存、傳送或上傳您的任何個人資料、設備 IP、帳號密碼或監控影像至任何第三方伺服器。所有設備的連線資料皆透過系統安全加密機制僅儲存於您個人的行動裝置中。您的監視器畫面是透過設備與攝影機進行直接連線傳輸，絕不會經過我們的伺服器中轉。

For standard and pro users, the App is a strictly local utility application. We do not collect, store, transmit, or upload any of your personal data, device IPs, credentials, or video streams to any third-party servers. All device connection parameters are securely encrypted and stored solely on your local device. Your video streams are established via direct IP connections without passing through any intermediary servers owned by us.

2. 設備權限使用說明 (Permissions Usage)

為了提供完整的核心功能，本軟體會向您請求以下設備權限：

To provide core functionalities, the App will request the following local permissions:

• 相機權限 (Camera): 僅用於掃描包含設備設定檔的二維碼 (QR Code)，以利您快速匯入設備資料。我們不會拍攝或上傳您的任何照片。
  Only used for scanning QR codes to quickly import device configurations.
• 相簿與儲存空間 (Photos/Storage): 僅用於保存您主動點擊「截圖」、「錄影」或「下載」的監控影像與二維碼圖片至您的手機相簿中。
  Only used to save your requested video recordings, snapshots, or QR codes to your local photo library.
• 本地網路 (Local Network): 僅用於在同一個 Wi-Fi 環境下，直接連線至您的區域網路設備 (DVR/NVR/IPC)。
  Only used to connect to your local network devices (DVR/NVR/IPC) under the same Wi-Fi environment.

3. 第三方數據分享 (Third-Party Sharing)

我們絕對不會向任何外部廣告商、數據分析公司或其他第三方出售、交易或轉讓您的個人資料與影像。

We absolutely do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information or video streams to outside parties, advertisers, or analytics companies.

4. 企業版資料保留政策 (Enterprise Data Retention Policy)

若您訂閱並使用了「企業雲端服務 (SaaS)」，您所派發的企業設備資訊與員工名單將會採用 AES-256 端對端加密技術 (End-to-End Encryption) 儲存於雲端，我們無法解密或窺探您的任何設備密碼。當您的企業雲端服務訂閱到期後，您的端對端加密資料將在伺服器上安全凍結並保留 365 天。若超過 365 天未恢復訂閱，系統將永久且不可逆地自動刪除所有相關資料，以嚴格保障您的隱私。

If you subscribe to the "Enterprise Cloud Service (SaaS)", your distributed enterprise device information and employee lists will be stored in the cloud using AES-256 End-to-End Encryption. We cannot decrypt or access any of your device passwords. When your subscription expires, your encrypted data will be securely frozen and retained on the server for 365 days. If the subscription is not renewed within 365 days, the system will permanently, irreversibly, and automatically delete all associated data to strictly protect your privacy.

5. 政策變更 (Changes to this Policy)

我們保留隨時修改本隱私權政策的權利。任何重大變更將會隨應用程式的更新同步發布。

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be published alongside app updates.
